Honesty is what makes this useful — write what's true, not what you think we want to hear. If you're here for the salary, say so. If there's a BU you'd shut down tomorrow, name it. If there's a role at the top of this company that you think should be reshaped, write that too. None of it will be held against you. The opposite — the answers that move us forward are the honest ones.
